The best way would be with an eye liner remover solution you can buy at the store, or baby oil. You could use cold cream or noxima, but putting that stuff close to your eyes can be dangerous and painful.

soak a cotton ball in makeup remover and hold it over your closed eye for a few seconds. Wipe your eye with a clean tissue or cotton ball. Then take a Q-Tip dipped in makeup remover and go over any remaining lines on your top or bottom lashes.

I use eye makeup remover but it takes a bit of rubbing to get it out from between the lashes.

I'll give you a tip.

A small amount of Johnsons Baby Shampoo on a cotton wool pad or cottom bud and ruby gently over the area.

Works a treat and is also good for mascara. Leaves your lashes clean and soft.

Give it a try! ;-)

use make up wipes and always wipe towards your nose.
if it is pencil eyeliner you should be able to remove it easily as it should dissolve after about 4 hours. liquid will also probably remove it self after about 2 days but make up wipes are the best way to remove stubborn eye make up of any sort.

Use an eye make up remover. You can get good ones at very reasonable prices at CVS/Walgreens. Try not to use products that are not meant for the eyes, it can lead to infections.

Try Johnsons baby lotion on cotton wool. This is great for removing all eye make up and also good for really sensitive eyes (like mine!)

Definitely those eye make-up removal pads. They are better than just soap and water and because they are for eyes, they will not hurt your eyes. Find them in boots or superdrug.
