i tried to hit a guy once but he grabbed my hand and i didn't make contact so i kneed him in the balls, beleive me he deserved it. You would think a man would prefer a slap in the face to the family jewels being jousted .

Once. When I was about 19, my ex-boyfriend pushed me while we were in an argument so I cracked him across the face. It was pure reaction and I wasn't proud of myself for doing it, but he never did try to get physical with me again.

I slapped my ex-boyfriend when he told me that he slept with one of my friends. I felt bad afterward though. Plus I'm pretty sure that constitutes as assault, so he could have sued me (not that he would have, but legally he could).

Yea but it's always been in a joking-type situation... I wouldn't hit him unless he cheated on me (maybe not even then) or if he seriously tried to physically hurt me.

I've had to protect myself twice from past boyfriends ... don't like it when men put their hands on me ... I tend to flip out & break stuff, hit them back or do anything possible to get away ... doesn't feel great knowing you can get your @ss kick by somebody you thought loved you ... !!!!!
