It is one thing to expel foreign criminals from your land, but quite another to send your own criminals out of the country. You think the foreign view of Americans is bad now, just wait until they get a good look at your lowest common denominator.

That seems like a good idea. We pay them a pittance. They house the criminals in absolute squalor. It's so bad that most don't survive to return. The threat of incarceration in Pakistan or Congo becomes a major deterrent to crime and the crime rate falls.
