I know that it is tough working with people that I can't stand, but I think to myself "I am earning money". It works for me all the time. The last assignment I had, most of the majority of the people who also worked on that assigment were rude ***. They made fun of me for no reason just because I was the only temp who wore glasses. So what? and the assignment was a wherehouse, but i am a small person. So what? I am glad that assignment is OVER.

I have found that for the most part it is easier to remember that work is separate from personal life. To that end I have a professional attitude and treat everything as such when I am there. Interactions with workers are never personal and will only create more problems if I should interact in that way.

You don;t handle it..you quit! or make them look as bad workers so that they get fired!!! and you can live your happy life!!!....(that sounds mean) No really, You should try to have more communication wiht your cooworkers..it is not about being the best friends ever..it's about working as a team and forgetting the personal issues.

Pretty much ignoring them or staying away from them. They'll get the point eventually and do the same (which would be better for the both of you because then you don't have to make such an effort to avoid them).

I have to go through that everyday. My co-workers are the worst. My method of dealing with them is just plain ignoring them. I don't really acknowledge most of them unless I have to say to them about the work.

Make the best out of the situation. Don't let "other" people bring you down to where you cannot do your work properly and efficiently.

Avoid them as much as you can without jeopardizing your work relationship, and count to ten before answering them to avoid them getting the better of you.
