yes it was & the tree is still there ( though a little different!! ) i go running in knole park & always put my hands on the tree & i go past.There is a bit of a mesh fence around it now too & it directly on the Tee of one of knole parks golf clubs holes
Its yards away from a little white house called the bird house. this is were The Beatles stayed during filming. Scenes for penny lane were also shot there. The horseback scenes & the dining table scenes. the ponds too sre still there BUT you do have to look for them now as the heather as grown up so much.There is a lot of photos of the beatles in Sevenoaks @ Knole golf club & also @ Greggs Restaurant in town as The Beatles ate there hope that was of some help

Yes according to Wikipedia:
"It was filmed on January 30, 1967 in Knole Park in Sevenoaks. The exact location is fairly easy to find, being on one of the main roads through the park with a recognisable tree."

It has taken me longet to find this answer than any other I have researched....:D
The quote below conforms the vid was recorded in Knole (sometimes spelt Knowle) Park.
"These were filmed in Knole Park, the tree featured prominently in the "Strawberry Fields Forever" video being behind the birdhouse."
