Manning and Indy.
Romo has been great his first few games, but you can't start him over Peyton Manning. If Dallas is going to win this game, it will be through running the ball 35 times and passing when needed. Romo might not turn the ball over much, but he also won't put up big points. Peyton, on the other hand, should be passing because of the strong Dallas rushing defense, and I'd expect at least a couple of scores.
I think Indy wins the game, although I wouldn't say the Cowboys don't have a chance. In today's NFL, the "any given Sunday" phrase is very true - just ask Bears fans. The Cowboys have a legitimate shot if they don't turn the ball over, but I'd still be surprised to see them win.

ALWAYS play Peyton Manning, because most likely, he is your best option. Mannings been putting up big points lately and is the #1 Fantasy QB right now.
The Cowboys haven't been playing well and neither defense has been doing much. However, with Peyton at the helm, look for big points. Play Peyton over Romo.

That is like asking if Ryan Leaf had a better career than Joe Montana. If you have Peyton Manning on your team...start him. The only time I would not start Manning is the last couple weeks when the Colts have clinched and he will not play that much.
