nope it cant it freezes the back of ur thoat were there are nerves so it makes u think that u have a brain freesz

there's a blood vessel or a vein project thats in on the roof of your mouth or maybe as it receives chilly it leads as a lot as your mind and your mind "freezes". you may press your thumb onto the roof of your mouth and frequently your mind freeze is going away.
