I wouldnt be surprised if its being monitored by "big brother"
Everything else in our lives is being m,onitored.
This tyrannical govt would love to know where our interest lay as individuals.
And in fact , this forum is an excellent and pure way for ppl to give their views without fear of attention from work colleagues or friends that have succumbed to the pc and thought police.

All the time! It's freaky to think that you might actually be talking to someone you know or have known in the past, but how will you ever know it? Very few want to reveal themselves online anymore. Or you could even be talking to someone you don't know but they live in the neighborhood right next to you.

Well...why not? But could we? If out of curiosity,write to them and ask and see who opens thier respective door and you will know then who's knocking, won't you? As for me, who cares! The important things here is we all trying to help one another with their trouble some questions. When they are answered, we feel contented, won't we? and, so too the other guys! So, again, who cares!
