Nearly 200 inmates are given £3.000 each in compensation because they were forced to go Cold Turkey being refused illegal drugs while in prison .The taxpayer also had to fund the court case .
Where could this happen ?

this world has become way too PC (politically correct). and it's mainly due to head off crazy lawsuits. it's totally nuts! man, if that works, maybe i should talk to my boss about smoking weed at work. if they don't let me i could sue them. makes about as much sense as the scenario you listed.
