Plug it in!! You need a phone thats compatible, talk you yur local store and tell them you wna internet using yur cellhpone, its expensive, like $20 for 250 MB in and out...

There is another way, some mobiles have an RS232 output ability and you can buy a cable to connect them.
I use an OLD Nokia for this as a fall back method of connecting to the net. Just phone, RS232 cable to laptop - and laptop uses the phone as an external modem at 9600 baud. It isn't quick but it works just fine and you don't need to sign up for anything else.

It depends on whos your carrior. You can access the Internet by going to the internet icon on your phone. You can't get a web browser though. You can access like ringtones, games, sports, news, etc. Call your phone carrior and ask. It will cost you $5-$10.
