You are sleeping too much. An average adult is usually said to need between 6-8 hours of sleep. I for one cannot sleep more than about 6 1/2 hours. I actually find that I function best on about 5 1/2. Try sleeping less, go to bed at 11 or 12, and see if it makes a difference.

My guess would be sleep apnea.
I suffered from the same thing. If you have a partner who can tell you when you snore , do you have lapses and then resume.
This would mean that you stop breathing and are not in deep sleep. This will also yield an elevation in blood pressure.
Some people even nod or sleep while driving , in severe cases.
there are a few ways to attack the situation. A sleep study , which insurance companies support.
I myself had no memory of waking up, but was told , I stop breathing and wake up 98 times per hour.
I sleep now with a machine that my wife loves (no snoring) and I awake refreshed.
See your doctor. Good luck

You might be getting too much sleep. I would try sleeping 8 1/2 hours or even 8 and see what happens.

The issue is not sleep, but whether or not your sleep is restorative. Light, noise, and mouth breathing - for example - all may disrupt sleep cycles, without waking the individual. Sleep hygeine is a term used to descibe the conditions surrounding sleep necessary to produce restorative sleep. You are certainly in bed long enough, but something is disrupting your sleep cycles. Identifying this is the key to resovling your daytime fatigue.

everyone has a different amount of sleep that they need, some people only need 6 and others much more. It could also be that you're getting too much sleep, I tend to find I get tired much more easily if I've had a few lie-ins.

Try sleeping a little bit less! That may actually help, maybe one or two hours less, just give it a try! :-)
Also, you might be snoring and not getting enough rest even though you're sleeping, ask someone if that's it! :-)

You are either anemic or you are getting to much sleep. If you are a female you may be pregnant.
