To do study in UK,you should have the degree in the respective field, you should clear IELTS with minimum 6.5 bands.
For visa, you need to show the bank balance of near about 15 lakh or you could show a bank loan.
When you ll get admission in the university in UK ,you could start the visa processing,in which you have to show bank balance, your acceptance letter of colege, confirmation of adress where you r going to stay during studies and your future plans that how your studies will be affective for you in your own country means you have to show the scope of your study in your country.
The same requirement is for USA studies, but you need to clear TOEFLS for that. There is no IELTS required, rest is same as for UK.

It definately depends on what university you go to, there can be huge changes in requirements depending on where you go.
My advice would be to choose where you'd like to go and get in contact to see what they require.
