can anyone explain what is the stop loss trigger price while buying oe selling shares in icicic demat account. i really very much puzzled with this. plzzzzzzzz help me.

It is the price you give to the broker, to sell the shares automatically, when the market price falls to that level. It prevents your holding from losing any more value.
However it locks in the loss and you lose any gain on recovery.

stop loss is really a safety device set up so you don't lose all you cash on one option. it is set up by you tough so you can set where you like, at an acceptable level so you are in control of it.
