what happen if testicals are squeeze untill it burst or crushed or anything like that?...will you die or is there any after effects?...my nephew climbed on me while i was sitting on a chair and he stepped right on to my nuts!...and i tell you...it hurts like crap for days!!...felt like it was gonna burst out!...damn..

hello i am a ER. DR. and what you have asked i have really see before in the ER, this guy came in on a ambulance, i said whats wrong the nurse said he has smashed his testicles, OK and how did this happen? she said his friend got mad at him and pushed him on the ground and stomped him there. so i rush him into surgery and blood is going every were, and then he passes out there he passed out because of all the pain he had so we had to remove one testicle so because it was cracked so we left him with only one testicle left than we stitched him up and woke him up!! SO the answer to your question is that if burst your testicle you would probably bleed to death!! HOPE THIS HELPED!!

The testes are very sensitive and even a small trauma can make you feel like your guts are going to spill out of your body. Any time you get a trauma like that, you need to get checked out. Only a trauma that would actually cause the testes to bust, would cause some serious issues. You would still be immobile if this had happened to you from the original insult.
If you are still having problems, go see your doctor. A physical exam will make you feel better and emails don't really fill in the blanks.
Go see your doctor if you are still in pain after a couple of days from the original injury.

I *am* a doctor.
You could have injury to the testicles, including a hematoma (blood clot). If there are any new lumps or swelling, then you need to see a doctor (preferably a urologist) to get checked out.
If you have intense pain that doesn't go away, there is a possibility of testicular torsion, where the blood supply gets twisted and cut off. That is a surgical emergency, and I doubt you'd be hanging out online if you had that.
If the pain is subsiding, you're ok.
(Aisha up there is sadly misinformed about losing a testicle leading to not being able to have boys or girls. Each testicle makes millions of "boy sperm" and millions of "girl sperm". I just shake my head and sigh....)

not a doc, but look up epididimitis. It is a swelling of the testicles, and is quite painful. It should subside, but if it does not within a week, get yourself to a doctor. Epididimits is usually caused by an infection, but trauma also can cause this. Google the word, and the correct spelling will show up.
Docs may want an X-ray to view what they are dealing with exactly.I can't believe you have been able to stand the pain quite honestly.

Okay first of all Im not a doctor, although I do have many years of experience in PreHospital Emergency Medical Services and my best advice to you is to call your physician, although he will most probably advice that you go to the emergency room. The testicles are very sensitive and fragile so its best to treat them with the utmost care.

I'm not a doctor but i know you wouldn't die cos i know someone that had a fatal accident with a power bike and one of his testicle burst out ,his still living the only problem is that he can only have either male or female (not both).

even if the pain has dissipated, see a urologist ASAP to make sure your male body parts are working without flaw.

your not gonna die....nothing bad except sum pain...trust me i was climbing on top of my dad to sit on his shoulders....i stepped on his leg and my foot slipped down and landed hard where it hurts......but he still living.....nothing wrong...its like stepping on a finger...hahhahaha
