I'm looking for an auction site to sell some personal items but would rather not use eBay, anybody know of any that they would recommend?

Yahoo has auctions. I don't know of a good one besides ebay. Ebay is so big with so many members-A lot of sellers put a lot of items on because there are a lot of buyers on ebay-better chance of getting a high sell. A lot of buyers look on ebay because there are so many sellers-they have a better chance of finding what they want. The other auction sites don't have as many members. You will have a better chance of selling on ebay.
The others are almost like ghost towns.

You can find every auction site with at least 10,000 items listed here in order of number of auctions:

Some are free, most are cheaper than ebay. However there are few buyers on these sites. I personally have never had any luck selling on any auction site other than ebay.
