I think I understand the question...

If you own your own home, mention that - they want to know you are responsible enough to purchase your own home. Shows good credit history. If you have been married for a long time, mention this - shows stability. If you have a great outdoor hobby like hiking or something - this shows you exercise, take care of your body and will not miss too many sick days. The point is, just think about what they are looking for and give them information showing you have those qualities.

I hate being asked that question. It's a tricky one. Basically you are talking about yourself, but you can not include any information that they can't legally ask you, such as religious beliefs. Monster.com http://www.monster.com would have pointers regarding this. btw..the question would be answered the same irregardless of the position. The interviewer is actually testing you, looking at communication skills, and how well you will fit the position based on your answers.
