All three are playing defenses ranked near the bottom in rushing defense - Tampa is 22nd, Detroit 23rd, and Houston 25th.

I'd probably make the choice between Thomas and Betts, because neither Washington nor Buffalo will be likely to throw the ball much. Losman has proven that he can't carry a team, and Washington is going to have a QB making his first career start.

My only concern with Betts is that he'll be sharing time with T.J. Duckett, and I think Duckett will get the majority of calls down near the goal line. For that reason, I'd probably go with Thomas, who should get the yards as well as being given the chance to score from close yardage.

The Edge because Detroits defense is not good enough to stop Cardinals lacking offensive line

Thomas is probably the most likely to have a solid day- Edge has an outside chance but that O-line in Arizona doesn't even block sunlight very well.

Go with the Edge, you paid a first round pick for him you might as well use him. The only first round back that has been useless this year is Lamont Jordan.
