My legs are big and I am fit around 115-120 pounds I am thin all over but my legs stand out and its pretty much muscle but I need to slim them down my right leg seems bigger mabe because I am right handed I dont really know but I hate it and I could stand if my right was the size of my left I wouldnt like it much but I could at least wear shorts without feeling un-even so .. anyone if you have anything that will work im not asking for a hunch or a chance it might I am asking for a proven fact that something will work I am already self consious enough I dont need this bothering me too ! someone help me !

You should try Yoga, or another form of intense stretching - this will lengthen your muscles so they don't appear big...it's as easy as that.
PS - i hope you don't send anything to the creep with the webcam.

Honey, Don't worry it's genetics.
Your legs aren't as big as you think.
Leg lifts, Lie on your side and lift the leg above the hip for about 10 at a time until you can increase to about 50 on each side.
Trust me this does work, I've done it myself.
Make sure you point your toes when you do it so you can feel the " burn " .
It tones and slims your legs & thighs a lot and makes your bum more smaller and tighter :o)
You could try using tanning cream, Tans give the appearence of slimmer legs, In the meantime pick clothes that make you feel comfortable.

I used to skate competitively and had that prob as well..it's a pain because certain clothes and such don't fit...because your calves are too muscular. One thing I do know though is that if you are working out with weights and such - don't use heavy weights so that you "bulk" up - smaller weights with more reps works better for toning. re: feeling self conscious....something you're going to have to deal with on your own. You have to basically get yourself comfortable with your own body so that you don't feel like people are staring. They prob aren't to be honest...if your legs are feeling uneven weight wise, work on your smaller leg a little more. Think of it this way too...at least it's muscle on you and not chubbiness. :)

relax, it might be genetic (I have thunder thighs myself, but also broad shoulders that kind of even them out) maybe you have narrow shoulders and a small waist... therefore your legs might look bigger compared to your petite upper-body.
First, relax and enjoy the fact that you have a classic figure! my guy-friends tell me they love shapely legs and a small waist (Marilyn Monroe... hello!) and what you might believe is ugly or weird is actually a great asset!
Look for clothes that accent the parts of your body you like and play down those legs with flouncy or a-lined skirts.... avoid capris or pencil skirts and AVOID skinny jeans... look for boot cut or flared pants and, if you muuust wear shorts, look for those that are at least three inches above your knees (lenghten and slim down your legs) and are flared, not stuck to your legs.
Now, to keep those legs shapely... walk and excercise... do not lif weights or anything 'cause your muscles will get bigger and you might not like that.
Try swimming, that will strenghten your back and slim down the rest of your body... just ask your instructor for advice in order to target areas you don't like.

what u can do is leg left ups it will biuld your muscle in your leg but you would not have fat it will be just muscle and if you just want something easy just power walk that will work every bone in your leg it will hurt a lil but do it only like 5-10 minutes as much as you can and you will be good

swimming and other exercises that give long instead of bulked muscles are good.
regular exercises equally and they should even out. slowly;y. unless there is a disease process involved. see an MD for that.
everyone has a part that seems out of proportion or they don't like.
its part of being human.
and having big legs may be in the genes. be proud of your heritage and the legs it gave you!

Sweetie- you need to take a deep breath and realize that no one is perfect- not even the idealized Hollywood starlet.
I looked at your other questions and you seem to have major body confidence issues....have you considered counseling?
