TV website?

I was just wondering how you guys find who (bands and stuff) are TV? Is there a website or something so you can figure it out ahead of time when they are going to be on a particular show? PANIC! At The Disco was on TRL and on other shows and I didn't know about any of them! So I don't miss future performances or whatever, is there a website to see special appearances?

Ticketmaster.com has alot of that information. Also on the bands website there is usually a schedule of events.
