It depends on what career goals and and inspirations you have.

If advancement is available at your company, then you can say,
"In five years I see myself in a Managerial position overseeing this or any other department." You can fill in the blanks regarding the department name.

Also if you want to continue your education, share that info as well.

This question is a very common because Employers want to o see if you are loyal, reliable, and dependable.

That depends on whether you can handle being a secretary forever or if you would rather move up in the organization.

Always answer that you are constantly improving your skills. Never say that you intend to only work there for a short time.

It would really help to know if you want to move up and if there is room for you to move up in the organization.

Always say that you want to improve and move up. Say that you'd like to take some college courses to improve on yoru english, computer skills, etc. Say you'd eventually like to see yourself in a higher level administrative type position if one became available.
