Yes. Abortions should be regulated just like any other medical procedure. By this I mean they should only be performed by doctors in legally recognized clinics and hospitals.

If you mean 'moral' regulations such as prohibiting minors from obtaining them or requiring parental notification or outright banning them, then no.

Of course -- there should be regulations with regard to the people performing them, so that they're medically as safe as possible and just any old backyard-idiot isn't doing them.
There should be regulations with regard to full information to the patient, so they know what will happen, how long recovery will be, what the risks are.
And those regulations are already in place.

If you're asking about "regulations" restricting abortion or outlawing it -- no, there should not be. This is a decision that a woman has to make according to her own circumstances, morals, and feelings -- the supreme court of our land has ruled that this is a right inherent to a woman so she has control of her own body, and other people have no right to infringe on that control.

People in the Abortion Field are getting rich.
Abortion Groups are making millions.
Democrats receive millions in campaign money from Abortion Groups.
Any Regulations would cut down on their money.

Personally I think that in the situation where the goverment pays for them, there should be a limit to the amount of abortions they will financially support. Like a limit of 2 or something per woman. Some women use abortion like it's birth control and that is really sad. I can understand if you are not ready the first time - your a teenager or college student, but if it's something where you just can't keep it in your pants, for people like that (teenager or college kids included) there should be a limit to the number of abortions you can have.

Yes, it should be illegal in all circumstances. There is no justification for killing an innocent human being. See:

For a government that claims to believe in less regulation, this one sure has been trying to regulate a lot of privacy issues. The answer is NO - No more than any other medical procedure.

Absolutely there should be regulations. What there shouldn't be is a blanket law that affects the entire female population as a whole when the decision and situations are of an individual nature.

There isn't an agency to promulgate regulations, so this is impossible. Regulations, as opposed to statutes, are promulgated by agencies assigned to the task of enforcing the law. Here there is no agency assigned with the task of "enforcing" abortion law.

If you mean that shouldn't they have abortion laws - they already do, subject of course to their constitutionality.

Of course...abortion should be prohibited in ALL situations because it takes away the right of another human being to LIVE. Where are all the human rights organizations when 1.3 million human beings are being snuffed out in this country every year?

If you don't believe me, see the following links.
