It is not impossible. If you are a strong person, you can do anything. Including helping an enemy.

yeah.. its called having a heart and keeping Jesus on your side.
He loves you anyway but atleast when you die and go before God, when God asks why you don't get along you can always say "HEY.. i gave them a ride when it was freezing outside and i helped them keep their lights on and when their kids needed it.. he still wanted to be ignorant.. you wanna be mad at someone.. talk to him".

It happens all the time, it's called work. You help your boss or your co-workers regardless of how you feel about them.
