When I install and play 3D games on my com, which is quite old and slow, the games get very lag. For example, the mouse takes very long to scroll from one side of the screen to the other side. Also, the introduction movie pauses every 1 second or so.

Does this mean that my computer's RAM is too slow, video card is too low or is it something eles?

I used to play on a Celeron with 7xx MB of Ram and a video card of 64MB... now I upgraded to pentium 4 3.2, 1.5GBs of RAM and 256MB of video... I know that everything has to do with the lag you feel, processor working to stressed, memory not enough to let the ocmputer work and video card not giving the power the video needs to display it fluently... so I will rather upgrade everything to the minimu requirements, as they said at least 512 but I will go for 1GB, pentium 4, doesnt matter the speed and video card of at least 128MB if you get it PCI express WAY Better... thats my best advise, hope it helps you.

If your computer is really old I would recommend getting another one. You can buy one from dell as little as $329. Their not that expensive anymore. You should have at least 512 min ram. You should have at least a 2.4 gig processer. You computer should contain 128 meg video g/force card for playing games. If you bought an updated computer, you would not have this program. Your computer is a dinasour.
