The squirrel must come out from time to time, usually early in the morning and late in the afternoon, but it can vary depending on the weather. Go to a home depot or feed store (or google homemade varmit traps) and buy a squirrel trap/varmit trap. Place corn inside the trap, you should catch him, then drive him far away and release him. Make sure there are trees nearby so he can survive. Or you can shoot him with a high powered pellet gun, its up to you. They are very tasty when fried.

Very carfully !!! Get a have a heart trap (rentable @ local equip. rental) and place in the attic. or look for the place that the squirrle is entering and exiting the wall from abnd place it there . Peanutbutter is a great lure !!
