THC is fat soluable. This means that it sticks to the fat cells in your body and it takes a long time to go away. I once worked in a boarding school and was in the position to witness two dedicated pot heads undergo a drug test. One of them had smoked heavily the night before and had a very high TCH content, the other had smoked a few days ago and got off completely clean. If you want to be completely certain give yourself an entire week before you take the test, but if you're in a tight situation, a few days might be enough.

THC is stored in fat cells. It really depends on how fat you are. If you are a skinny person who rarely smokes, it can flush out of your system in three days. If you are fat, it could take a month to clean your system out. My suggestion to you is to start drinking plenty of water, eat healthy for a week or two with low-fat foods and make sure you exercise until you sweat every day. Two days before your test, stop drinking as much water and start eating fatty foods. This will give your body some new fat to store that doesn't have THC in it. You should be fine, depending on your body fat. No smoking before your test.

try marijuana.com they have all the information about half-life for all kinds of drugs....they also have information on how to clean yourself naturally. Expect it to take at least 20-30 days minimum (depending on how much you use) to naturally clean yourself
Dont believe this guy down here. Pot does not stay in your hair for 10 years....1 year at the most depending on how often you cut your hair.

Pot stays in your system for a few months. As for cleanning it out, it depends on what blood test you are taking. Theirs the piss test, the blood test, and the hair test. You can go online and do reasearch to find a sulution thats right for you. The piss and blood test is ralitivly easier. The hair test is not so easy to pass, as that stays in your hair for 10 years. I woudn't worry about this if your getting a job though, as most jobs require just the piss test. Their are sights that claim they can remove the posion toxens from your hair, but im not sure if this works though.

Normally 30 days, depending on how heavy of a smoker you are and how you are built. Since THC is stored in your fatty cells, it does depend how fat you are, sorry. You need to stop now and drink lots of water to flush your system out naturally. There are flushes you can buy, but they are rather pricey. Good Luck!

it really never leaves your system, it adheres to the fatty tissue in your system and in your hair folicles (about 1 yr.) However, it does not stay in your urine longer than 2-3 days. Try drinking a lot of cranberry juice or gator aid before you have a urine test !
