There are a couple different movies that have killer dolls in them besides Chucky.
1. Demonic Toys - a movie about a toymaker who sells his soul, and get a bunch of demonic toys posessed by demons to kill for him.
2. The Puppetmaster series - movies about another toymaker, this one good, who makes dolls posessed by the souls of his dead friends, who kill those who threaten the puppetmaster

There is one called Dolls came out in 1987, freaked me out, I wont watch it again, I have kids that have dolls and just the thought freaks me out! (check out my source read the reviews, I agree its better than Pupet Master and Chuckie)

Poltergist had a Scary Clown. He wasn't a killer,..but probably the scariest toy I've ever seen.

The story called Prey is about a woman who purchases an African Zuni Fetish Doll that comes to life and stalks her. Freaky stuff!

They also did a Trilogy of Terror 2 but it wasn't very good.

"Trilogy of Terror" with Karen Black, had a voodoo doll killing people. And yes the episode of the Twilight Zone was of the doll Talking Tina, also theres the Gremlins, but I guess there were just suppose to be cute little fuzzy animals, that were mean and ugly when fed and exposed to light. And "Magic" it was about this puppet killing people.
