OK, take the middle pin out of the middle hinge. Now, you need a hammer. Lay each end of the pin on separate blocks. Now, hit the center of the pin very soft but hard enough to make it bend a little. not to much. OK.
This will bend the pin a little. Now, put back the pin back from where you got it. You will need the hammer to tap it in. this will cause enough bind on the hing so the door won't close by it self. understand.

Try to tighten the screws that hold the door hinges on. Tighten the top..see if it helps, if not then tighten the bottom a little..it is really trial and error. It helped my bedroom door. The screws might need to even be looser than what they currently are.

Fix a door stopper to the shutter. It can prevent the door from closing automatically.

Doorway not square. Check with a level and correct. Is floor flat? Floor slant? To correct will be determined how much $ [carpenter] and time you desire to invest.
Otherwise do as suggested above- try the bend very slightly the pin method

My bedrooom door does the same thing. Don't know why -- I just got a doorstop and quit letting it bug me.
