Why cold water is not coming out of my shower?

The plumber just installed new fixtures but cold water is not coming out.

I would get the plumber back round and tell him he didnt do it right.

The plumber should have checked everything was working properly before he left; call him back! I hope you haven't already paid!

Check that all the valves ore open and the main stop tap to let the water through

Did he open the shutoff after he was done? Go check.
