most sites offer both paypal and debt card.

to pay for a .com it will be around 5-10 gbp but thats for just the address you then have to think about hosting to.

I pay £40.00 per year with streamline.com for my hosting and i also got a free .com with them when i payed for this package

you can buy a .com url from any of the afore mentioned companies, you will need to set up a webserver at either your own premises (providing you have adequate bandwidth) of use a hosting partner. You will then need to have the dns settings updated to the actual location of your server (match the url to your ip address). hope this helps :)

You shouldn't use yoru debit card... Unlike credit cards a hacker can actually clear out your whole bank account.. Credit cards have a limit to which can be maxed out thus not allowing all your money to be missing.
