No, It is not common for people to engage in golden showers. As one poster said it is about 10% of the population. Urine is sterile so therefore is not dirty. Many consider the act itself dirty but what is involved in doing Urine play is not.
From what I have read (I do not participate in this fetish) most begin this activity in the shower with their partner. I've heard of it and tryed it once while in the showers with my girl, but I would

I don't think this is normal, but a lot of people do enjoy it. IIf both are agreable about the idea go for it. Start out in the shower first and if you enjoy it then by all means move it out of the shower. Who knows you might have the best sex you have ever experienced after.

The main consideration in any sexual partnership is that the participants be adult and consenting. Whether or not others like it or not, is not the important thing, it is what pleases you both.

No, this is not common. This is actually a practice that alot of gay people participate in. It's very discusting, not to mention very poor hygene. If you want to be an idiot and pee on someone and allow them to pee on you, then go ahead. It's just a sad shame that stupid people like yourself are really out there in this sick world.
