Even if the results are nothing to worry about she can't give the results over the phone. I wouldn't worry about it until you see her. If it was really bad she would be getting you in sooner!!! Good luck!!!

It's probably nothing. Maybe you just had some abnormal blood tests or you need to get more exericse or something. If it was something very serious, she would ask you to come back the next day. Doctors call people back so they can discuss lifestyle modifications or eating habit changes in person with the patient. They need to make sure that you understand what she's saying, because explaining those things over the phone might be difficult in case she needs to show you some diagrams or whatever. Don't worry about it. Maybe she'd just like to give you a prescription for something.

Well I dont know how to help, I dont know what test u had, I am sorry u were not given some indication on the phone of the nature of their concern, seems like it could have been handled alittle better than that some Drs. change apt. dates due to the fact their going on vacation! If this is to much stress I would call back and get at least a answer to 1 question since these days due to privacy acts as strict as they are, just ask is this of a serious nature, if so I want to have someone with me when I come in, that way there not stating the nature of illness if there is one, and they should understand that u would not want to be alone if there is a problem, I wish u the best!!!

I would call and ask for more details. It is an unacceptable medical practice to cause you worry by giving you an ambiguous message like that.

On the other hand, if it was anything major, I would think they would get you in earlier.

Chances are they discovered something abnormal. Don't fret until you've heard what it is. It may be something simple. Either way, early detection is the key.

Good luck

Then go talk to her. Not much sense speculating and worrying yourself until you do.

Good grief, what are you waiting for? Get in ASAP and see the doctor.

Don't kill yourself by worrying. If something were wrong, they would called you right away.
