spray with a mixture of fabric softner and water (or just buy downy wrinkle releaser) or use a steamer/ iron and run real quick over the spot. If your afraid it will ruin the sweater place atowel over the sweater first then run it over, but make sure the iron is on steam

While placing your sweater on a padded hanger, try to lightly steam the creases out either with a steamer or by using your regular kitchen kettle. While holding the sweater on the hanger, run the steam along the creased edges. Then let the sweater dry thoroughly in a place where it has a lot of space around it like hung on the bathtub rod.

Try by soaking the sweater then lay the sweater down on a towel and reshape. Best to store a sweater folded, not on a hanger.

put the sweater on ... dampen the hump/crease with a spray bottle and blow dry it to the shape of you body... i am assuming it in the shoulder area... if a sweater is bad about getting mis-shapened while on a hanger (some do okay) fold the ones that don't hang well... when you go to wear them fluff in a clothes dryer... hope this helps

I would put them in the dryer on air fluff or low for a few minutes. I always keep sweaters in my drawer to keep this from happening.
If this fails, I would use a pressing cloth and a warm iron to remove the creases.
Good Luck

hang them on the hanger inside out. then when you turn them right side out and wear them, the crease wont be there

Wet it and lay it flat to dry, preferably on a screen. And don't hang sweaters. It stretches them out of shape. Yarn is just not strong enough to withstand gravity.

I agree with ironing them - be sure to check the fabric of your sweater - if its acrylic, it will burn if you use a cotton setting.
