I have been trying to get pregnant for about 6 months, and I finally am. I am 4 weeks 6 days pregnant. I honestly didn't feel any different. I was getting cramping like when my period is about to come, and it just never came. But I really didn't have a clue before my period was supposed to come. In the previous months I was ttc, I was having imaginary symptoms thinking that I was pregnant and then my period would come. Don't give up hope though, because getting pregnant was a suprise to me. I had almost thought that I couldn't because it was taking so long. So keep the faith. It will happen, it just sometimes takes a few months. And I was charting my periods to know my most fertile days, and I was also doing the ovulation tests for a few months. But as soon as I stopped trying to make it like calendar work, then I got pregnant. The last month that i ovulated, I didn't even know it was my ovulation day until a few days later and I thought about it, and it was PERFECT TIMING!!! I would try to take a Early Prenancy Test if I were you... GOOD LUCK!!!

The most obvious of course, is the missed period. I felt nauseous and very tired, no energy and I had to pee a lot. Plus I had abdominal pain and I felt dizzy a lot, especially when I bent down. I also felt stressed and very emotional and I had swollen feet and hands for about a month and a half and then it went away. I also had sore breasts, which I still have. Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy, so you may or may not get all the symptoms. I have been pregnant 3 times and all times have been different.

When I was first pregnant I knew before I even took the pregnancy test. I had sore breasts it hurt when I would put pressure on them when laying on my stomach, I was really tired and had to up my thyroid medicine a lot, I was having mood changes one minute I would be happy next crying and want to be left alone, I was craving candy and I am not a candy eater. I took 3 tests and they showed negitive even planned parenthoods test. I finally showed a positive a month after I was having all those symptoms. So dont always think those test are right you may be pregnant and dont have enough hcg to show a positive. Good luck to you and your husband. Hope this was some help.

When I was pregnant with my first I had no initial symptoms (except for late period) until almost eight weeks. Then BAM! Morning (all day) sickness, sore breasts, irritable... the works. With my second I knew before my period was late. My breasts got so big they didn't fit in my bras, I was sick and cried at everything! I think it just depends on the woman. Sometimes though I know a strong desire to have a baby can cause a woman to mimic signs of pregnancy. Also, it kind of stinks that the common signs of monthly ovulation are the same as pregnancy (bloating, irritability, sore breasts... etc). Good luck!

Holy dinah! I think first you should take a couple of deep breaths and try to relax a little. Then, you need to wait until at least the day of your expected period and then try a urine test if period doesn't come. There are tests that advertise results earlier, but they tell you in the directions that result accuracy decreases for every day before the expected period you try. Other than that, you can't really go by what other people experience - everybody is different and the symptoms are too varied to be relied on to confirm a pregnancy.

I am not sure if there are any pregnancy tests that can detect a pregnancy that soon. I knew I was pregnant due to moodiness, sensitive breasts, bloating feeling, and tiredness. I never had any cramping. I took my pregnancy test the day after my missed period and it came back with a very faint line. The ultrasound at that point put me at 5 weeks along. Hope that was helpful!

ummm well ur nipples will appear darker, u can feel nausious ususally in the morning or at night, but morning sickenss usually doesnt kick in for about 10-13 weeks of pregancy. yes there can be some cramping and u know missing your period and then gettin spotting is a sighn. umm you can go get blood work done and the pregancy hormone will be in the blood really quick. qlwo if you take an at home pregnancy test there is no such thing as a false positive! so just go get checked out. they can hear a heart beat when your like 5-6 weeks. so just go et yourlsef checked out, for the next couple weeks keep taking pregnancy test like every 2 weeks because it can up to 6 weeks for it to show up on one of those pee on tests. but i suggest getting the blood work! it doesnt hurt to try. and if you still have doubts in a coiuple weeks get it done again.

About one week after conception I didn't necessarily have full blown morning sickness but I puked from eating pizza one night. .It was like I just couldn't hold it in... my breasts were a bit sore so I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative, but since it was my second I knew better!! I would give it a couple more days and then take a test!! Good luck and best wishes to you!!
