What are those bumps on my vagina lips? Sometimes they will come in pairs or sometimes they are so big and so deep under the skin its painful to even sit down. I got many many STD tests done and I am free and clear. The Dr. said they are a form of a vaginal pimples. Sooo... thats it? I have to accept the fact that I have vaginal acne?? HELP!!!

Yes, my Dr. was a gyno and no they are not ingrown hairs.

eek. if not acne, could be ingrown hairs. sucks but try not to focus on them too much. when they come around maybe try to dry out the area to get rid of them faster--experiment with what works and what doesn't work. make sure to wash yourself well down there whenever you take a shower and be careful shaving, in case they are ingrown hairs.

Those bumps could be ingrown hairs. You did not say if you Brazilian wax or completely shave. If it's ingrown hairs, stop the shaving or waxing.
If it is a type of acne, Proactive --- you've seen the commercials -- also has a body wash product. You might give that a try.
