Super Bowl IV, as I recall...not that I was watching as I was only 2.
Len Dawson, I believe was the quarterback and they beat the Vikings 23-7. If nothing else, the Chiefs cemented the legitimacy of the old AFL teams with this win...prior to this, many thought the Jets win in SB III was a fluke and that the NFL was still vastly superior.
The Chiefs also, obviously, appeared against the Packers in SB I.

Once. Super Bowl IV win over Minnesota, 23-7, in the last game played between the AFL and NFL before the merger in 1970.

Well, you already have the answer, plus some interesting facts. I lived in the KC area at that time and was a big fan. One more little fact is Len Dawson was a local sportscaster on a small TV station at the same time as he was QB for KC. This was pre-cable and HBO etc. Dang, I'm showing my age.

Once, a very long time ago. Len Dawson was the QB and I think Hank Stram was the coach.
