While the law against it is still on the books, it is now realized that the law is only legal enforcement of religious belief and as such is not enforced.
Legal enforcement of religious belief is nothing short of theocracy and as such is unconstitutional.

It's not, in and of itself, illegal, however it is legal grounds for divorce, meaning you'll be paying alimony and child support if your wife/husband gains custody of any children.
