Not if they're 100% blocked. Unblock themselves? i'd think it depends on whats blocking them.
Mine were blocked because of scar tissue. And no they most likely wouldn't have unblocked themselves. Took three tries to get them unblocked. Very painful procedure. The tech said he was only going to try one more time on that 3rd try and that was it. Bled like I was having a very bad period too. Wasn't fun at all.
I encourage all you girls/ladies/women out there...always make your guy wear a condom even if you just suspect that he may cheat or atleast get checked for stds. My first husband gave me a very very common STD that isn't easily detected and usually clears on its own, but not before it does damage to your reproductive system.

Yes, you can even get pregnant if your tubes are tied. There are many births a year from women with tied tubes. The egg can penetrate the falopian tube walls and re-enter the uterus walls.
Men can still produce sperm if they are tied also.
There is no 100% pregnancy proof way of having sex unless you combine both partners having tubes tied, a condom that doesn't break or leak, spermicidal foam/jels and early withdrawal. Any other method still has a slim chance of producing a child.

what do u mean by blocked? well anyway when there is no passage through the fallopian tubes an egg cat decend into the uterus. there for u can get pregant. but there is something called eptopic pregnancy where the perm travel all the way up the fallopian tubes and impregnat an egg. but it can be extremely painful and there will be a miscarage. if there any worries or questions you should really call an ob/gyn they will give you the ansers u need :)

Yes, actually you can. There is a 0.5% chance of becoming pregnant with any tubal ligation. There is also a higher occurance of tubal pregnancies. With male sterilization or vasectomy, the chances are 0.10-0.15%. This compares to the chances of getting pregnant while on the pill (0.1%) and while on depo-provera or the shot (0.3%).
