How many people have taken you neighbors paper just to read it and then give it back?

I just had that done to me. My rude neighbors took it and gave it back all messed up.

Aw heck, that's rude. If you want to borrow it, just ask, I wouldn't say no. Just taking it, then returning it messed up - that IS messed up.

it's been taken so many times,the neighbor complaines weekly ,on how he's always missing parts of his paper

if i take i never give it back
but for the most part i don't take it b/c i have my own
though occasionally i have noticed that mine have been gone
