Get in the SERVICE BUSINESS.
It requires little money and you can do the work yourself. Here are examples:

Hot Tub / Pool service
House Cleaning / Janitorial
Pet Sitting / Pet Day Care
Lawn Maintenace / Hauling
Mobile Home Repairs (get the skills first and good with hands)
Yard Clean up / Clearing
Truck Driving (must get into the schools first)
Delivery Business

Any of these you have to learn the ropes and how to do the job. Then set up your business plan. Good Luck.
