i remember when i was trying. Gosh it took a year and it was b/c my eggs weren't passing through my tubes. i had cists and my doc did this test where he put dye thru me. OMG did it hurt (can't remember what that test is called) anyways 2 months later BINGO me knocked up. i am currently trying to have another child now. we really aren't trying but we aren't being careful either if you know what i mean. your most fertal time is between 10 and 16 day after the day you started you period. taking you temp is another thing i did. if it was up just a few digits up then my normal temp i was saying lets get busy...

I'm not sure what a best position or anything would be, but I would recomment letting gravity help out a lot. Try not to be on top as that will only have gravity pulling everything down. Also, lay down for a little while afterwards instead of getting up and taking a shower or anything else. The longer you let things go on their own without a downward pull the better I would think the chances of conception are.

yes, don't think about it! I just found out a month ago that I am not currently 12 weeks pregnant...very exciting. I found myself trying so hard 5 months ago that it was not enjoyable..we would try so hard that it was almost impossible that I did not become pregnant...but that was the problem...i was thinking about it too much. Also, the less you think about it the more exciting it will be when you discover that you are. Keep good faith and remember that you will be blessed with a child when you are ready to be. Keep strong, your dream will come true!

If you try when the female is most receptive - when the vaginal fluids are less viscous or during 12 - 16 days after menstruation, chances of conceiving is high but you may end up having a female child. This is because sperms with Y chromosome die out fast. Try 8-10 days and you may get a male child

First stop trying to get pregnant and start enjoying sex again.i have polisystic ovaries and was told when I was 18 that I would not have kids without medical help(I hadn't had a period for 2 years).Shortly after I met my now husband and we decided to deal with it when we'd had a bit of fun together(i was 22 when we married)we had a wonderful honeymoon and bought our first house just after.I then found out I was pregnant!!9 months later I was blessed with a little boy, 18 months after that I was blessed with a little girl,20 months after that I was blessed with another little boy
My point is just relax enjoy each other and if its meant to be it will happen. It is supposed to take an average of 12 months to conceive naturally but it can take longer and stress can make matters worse.I wish you all the luck in the world!

You can work out what your best days for conception are by typing in "best time for concieving" in google, it will then show you sites that have conception calenders on them, and this will ask you how long your cycle is blah blah blah. Complete this and it will then tell you when the best dates are to have sex.
I think the best position in missionary as it ensures that the sperm has less of a distance to travel.
Make it more spontaneous dont just pounce on him and then tell him that he has too, men hate it when they are expected to do somehting. Once you have had sex lie with your hips on a pillow and let gravity take its course.
Let me know how you get on.
Good Luck

Lacey, to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Try pretending that you are not trying - otherwise you'll be in giggles when having sex. I remember when we started trying and it was a bit like: ready, steady, go - sex! I was laughing my head off knowing it was like a task. That was for the first couple of times. After that, you do forget and just enjoy it. Then you do the test and its positive and you are on top of the world!

lie with Ur legs up on a pillow after intercourse, and the best time to conceive is 14 days after Ur last period. the best position to choose is either doggy style or missionary as it provides deep penetration.
