If you were born a dwarf would you press an "easy" button and change it? How about if you were born in the Sudan, would you like to press an easy button and be born in America? Or, how about if you were born heterosexual would you change to gay?
I don't think this is that easy of a question to answer, and despite many people saying they wouldn't, because that is how god wanted them to be, or that's who they are, I don't buy it in all situations. There are some people who are burdened by their sexuality, and for those people why not? I'm sure some dwarfs are totally happy, and others really want to be tall. Everyone is an individual and should be respected for the decision they would make either way.

No i dont think so. I mean I have lived my life the way I am for 20yrs there is no need to change now. I mean I am the way I am and people accept me for who I am not who they want me to be. Plus I dont think I would have as much fun being hetro so in answer to your question no I wouldnt want to push the "easy" button.

the truth is that life is difficult when society doesnt accept u for who u r, just coz ur different. i am bi and so my life isnt as harsh as i think it woulda been if i were a lez. nonetheless, though sometimes life seems so hard that i just wish i werent alive, i would NEVER change who i am!!! this is me, being bi is part of what makes me ... ME and i wouldnt change that for the world. i am proud of who i am. if i changed just to make other ppl happy that would just make me sad. it would be giving them much more credit than they really deserve.
so be happy about who u r and never EVER regret it! u r special because u r different! besides, if everyone on this earth was exactlt the same then we would just be one mass, no personality, no ideas, and civilization would never develop or evolve.

Possibly until I was in my late 20's I might have considered it. Once you become comfortable and happy with who you are there is little reason to change. Someday scientists may discover the "gay" gene and I wonder how many prospective parents will choose to leave it on.

You're implying that you are gay, right?
Think about this:
This above all – to thine own self be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man….
Shakespeare, Hamlet I.iii
Things may be easy by "pretending"(?) to be "hetero", but inside, you'll be torn apart. Assuming that, when you look into your heart, you really feel like a homosexual, then be true to yourself. (That goes for all situations.)
