Yes! They are very much like cats when it comes to purring and other related behaviors, such as playing with their prey, grooming themselves, and clawing - to name a few.
I am talking about real dragons here, not those overgrown lizards referred to as Komodo Dragons.

I once went to this one zoo and I was really surprised they had a kimono dragon and I think I remember it purred once but I am not really sure. And of course dragons don't exist in this world but the kimono dragon is an exception. You might want to ask that question on ask.com.

Yes, I believe they make a thrumming sound like a loud purr when they have their eye-ridges petted by their human companion.

ofcourse they do.dragons may be strange creatures and while my trip to the Sahara Desert i saw a big black creature.the natives of that place called it a dragon and it was making loud kitten like sounds.
now u tell me.

Umm unless you mean the Kimodo Dragon... then dragons do not exsist. And I am pretty sure the Kimodo does not purr.
