Here are some ideas
1) As previously mentioned, exercise is good for you, and can give you extra energy.
2) A bad diet can prevent your body from processing energy efficiently. Be sure to cut down on sweets, if you're into that kind of thing.
3) Studies show that most Americans don't get enough sleep at night. If you go to bed at a decent hour, you might not be so groggy in the morning.
I don't know if any of them apply to you, but I wish you the best.

I lost my get up and go a few weeks ago, I felt soooo tired all the time and could have slept at the drop of a hat. I had that feeling where I was coming down with something the whole time. Well, I was right - after around 3 weeks of feeling crap I got the mother of all colds and a throat infection. Just starting to feel better now.
Try taking a vitamin supplment. Also zinc is good to ward of colds, etc. You could try St John's Wort too - you've probably heard of it already - it's like a mild antidepressant but it's herbal and also known as the sunshine herb. Good for these dreary winter months!

I find exercise does give me a little pick up as well.
When I feel like absolute crap, I go to the park and swing and then read a book in a sunny spot. I guess that's out of the question if it's really cold, so make a fire, have a few S'mores guilt free and think of something in your day that made you smile. There's always something.
If chocolate and laughter don't work, then get some anti-depressants and a good friend.

Is it possible you suffer from sad(seasonal affected disorder)? It kicks in around this time of year.I wouldn't be one for rushing to a doctor, but it might be worthwhile checking out.
Regardless of the cause, please try to stay strong and somewhat upbeat.Mental toughness and positivity are important, no matter the cause.Hope you find the cause and solution.Sincere regards

If you get no satisfaction from your GP,consider lyme disease-
you will have to find a private doctor sympathetic to this illness-of which you have similar symptoms to. Theres not many about though-be suspicious of lyme if your doctor tells you that you have chronic fatigue syndrome !

maybe you should get to your doctors, are you or do you think you are suffering from depression or stress in any way, this could be a very viable reason.
