A good place is Myspace.com.. you can type in your High School or University and what year you graduated, or you can search for people by Zip code or Name.. you can even search for people by their email address...... There is also Facebook, Friendster, Bebo.

If you went to the same schools at any point in time, sign up for Classmates, and maybe they are registered there. Or maybe someone else who knew them (and you) from school, can let you know where they are.
