CCP PUR FRGN ALPIEAGLES ALPIEAGLES
Have you ever heard of this company? Do you know what this is abbreviated for?
I need help because someone hacked into my paypal account and I think they got my bank information and made a $366.28 purchase from this company and I would like to trace it so that I know who to report for theft.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

No, this wasn't actually PayPal. However a Palpal situation happend before and I have to change all of my passwords and stuff. But I think somebody got my bank information because this was a purchase made dirrectly from my bank. I filed a police report but they told me there was nothing they could do because they get so many of these complaints.

Credit card payment purchase foreign .... Is my guess. Alpi Eagles is a low cost airline that operates out of Italy. The company in and of itself seems legitimate, sort of like expedia.com

Your bank is lying to you if they said there is nothing they can do. You are protected by various consumer rights, and they must investigate the fraudulent purchase. You need to report the problem to the FTC as well to alert them to this company. You need to contact the company as well, though it might take some level of luck getting someone that speaks english in customer service, as this is an Italian company.

CCP Purchase? Foreign? ALPIEAGLES ALPIEAGLES

Why not ask pay pal/checking account exactly where this money went: address.

Put a stop on everything now, if you haven't already. Report the thieft, and have the authorities check it out.

Contact PayPal. I've heard they're pretty good at refunding your money back, if your account was hacked.

Have you tried punching those into a search engine? They don't ring a bell.

[UPDATE]
The "alpieagles" part, when punched into a search engine, came up with this:

http://www.alpieagles.com/

It appears to be some sort of foreign travel site.
