I had the same problem. We talked so much we ran out of things to talk about.
We got the train and went on a trip to the capital city Dublin and went to the zoo, the museum and shopping.
We haven't stopped talking about it since and that was a year and a half ago.

Do you or any of your friends belong to any group or organization? Do you do any volunteer work? Do you read the newspaper and keep up with world affairs or current news items? Do you have any hobbies? I don't know how odl you are...but there is a lot of things out there that should concern kids of any age. Get caught up(news, sports or whatever) and involved(volunteer or get a job?)!

Ask them if they have friends that ask good questions. Then steal their questions for your own friends. Seriously, ask them anything about themselves. My favorite question to ask is: What is you earliest memory?
