It does'nt hurt,just stiff sometimes.But the noise is driving me crazy.Noone else can here it.What could it be?

I was told that it is fluid and toxic crystal build up in joints.. you can work them out and flush them out with loads of water... Sometimes my feet get that.. I rub them and feel all sort of crunchies as my husband calls them.. Just rub them all out till you dont hear it anymore, then drink a couple of glasses of water to flush it all out..

bone(s) may be loose....need rest and water. let them heal if not things may get worse.
