Tough question because vitamins aren't natural. A thing to remember is that the FDA does NOT regulate herbal concotions to include vitamins. I personally take the generic. I just check the ingredients and make sure the safety seal is on.

"Natural" has many different meanings. Perhaps the best label that you can look for is "organic". You'll also want to decide if you are looking for vegetarian sources, or if you wish to include animal sources for some of the vitamins.
I've had good luck with Schiff, but they are a bit more expensive. I used to work in a natural food store, and it was one of our more popular brands. Check it out below.

first of all multivitamins arent natural, and second honestly your body could care less if something is natural or not, what matters is how it interacts with your body. "natural" is nothing more than a marketing gimick
and shaklee are bad vitamins. my roommate is a natural health nut and uses those vitamin E supplements and they dont even have the good isomer in them (the good form is alpha tocopherol), they have gamma tocopherol which studies have shown leads to an small increase in cardiovascular disease and really doesnt have any positive effects
just get a generic multivitamin at a store, its good enough

Juice + is all natural. Read the label if you want to know if they are natural. Juice + uses only food supplied ingredients. Nothing is added to boost up the potency.

i only use NOW vitamins and Life Extension.. My dad is a doctor and he sells these in his office and uses them himself so I trust them. They are high quality grade and the most absorbent.
