tell the girl some one likes her and when she asks who????you have to tell it is you who u love her.and tell her listen to me"i luv you i promise i will never drop you !!!!"thts all my frd

if you aren't going out with her and are just admiring her from a distance then you need to drop hints. Open the door for her. Help carry her bags. make her laugh and she will eventually get the message.
if ye are going out but the L word hasn't been used yet then when the time is right you just say it. If she really loves you too then she will tell you. Shes probably nervous about saying it too.
If she doesn't say it back then consider yourself lucky. You have just saved a lot of time which could have been wasted in a one sided relationship.

tell her how much you love straight from your heart and that you don't want to be without her ( obviously she's your best friend).I had a guy tell me that he has so many friends and yet he married his best friend. They have been together now for over six years because they know each others feelings and they trust each other. When you propose: be romantic, propose under the stars, and tell her how you feel about her.

If you are a Boy u must be bold to say your love, coz girls love brave boys. Look at her eyes and tell your love. It would be appreciated if u can give a small gift say a Rose or bunch of flowers.
