I think it is Chile.
A long and narrow coastal Southern Cone country on the west side of the Andes Mountains, Chile stretches over 4,630 kilometers (2,880 mi) north to south, but only 430 kilometers (265 mi) at its widest point east to west. This encompasses a remarkable variety of landscapes.

Chile - of course. It extends from the most arid desert in the world - The Atacama - all the way to the frozen tundra of the "Tierra del Fuego" in the south and it's islands which come to within 70 miles or so of Antarctica.

Which ever country your in at the time? Are you refering to 24 hours in a day? Because it will always be 24 hours longer (time wise) than anywhere else.
